The Warhorse Learn-To-Play program will be graduating the majority of its players and establishing a competitive 10U (Squirt) team next season! We are still seeking players and assistant coaches for that team, as well as motivated coaches and players to fill in the teams at our Pee-Wee and Bantam levels. IEAHA MISSION STATEMENT:
Promote the wellness of children by providing an environment where they can learn, play and enjoy the game of Ice Hockey.
Player Development: It is our goal as an Association to be committed to the development of children in the sport of Ice Hockey. This is best accomplished by providing opportunities and development in an enjoyable atmosphere, while providing the very best instruction in basic skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, personal growth, pride and commitment, both on and off the ice.
Coaching Development: It is our goal as an Association to be committed to the development of our coaching staff. This is best accomplished by providing formal and informal training in leadership, youth development and hockey instruction, while ensuring quality control, structure and perspective. IEAHA coaching development is in accordance with USA Hockey requirements, curriculum and techniques.
Parent/Guardians: It is our goal as an Association to help educate, guide, inform and support the families of our players. This is best accomplished by providing a family oriented atmosphere, while creating every opportunity possible to ensure an enjoyable, positive environment for their children to learn, grow and enjoy themselves as players and as children.
